We invite you to support the Tom Dabney Scholarship Fund, established to honor our founder, Tom Dabney, and his vision of helping women in Garrett County. Tom was instrumental in founding Reflection House, a women’s substance use recovery residence that offers a safe and supportive environment for women to rebuild their lives.
Reflection House provides residents with fully furnished rooms, utilities, food staples, transportation assistance, and peer-led counseling for a program fee of $125 per week. Following a social model, our program also includes training in life and relationship skills, job skills, and real-world coping strategies to support each woman’s sustained recovery journey.
By donating to the Tom Dabney Scholarship Fund, you’ll be directly assisting women in covering these fees, providing them the stability they need to thrive. Every contribution helps make a meaningful difference in the lives of these women.
