Reflection House growth continues in various facets
Since opening in September 2024, Reflection House has grown in response to the real needs of residents and families in Garrett County. What began as a safe, structured recovery residence has evolved into a broader system of support, one that continues well beyond a resident’s stay and reflects the belief that long-term recovery is strengthened through connection, opportunity, and community involvement.

We invite you to support the Tom Dabney Scholarship Fund, established to honor our founder, Tom Dabney, and his vision of helping women in Garret County. Tom was instrumental in founding Reflection House, a women’s substance use recovery residence that offers a safe and supportive environment for women to rebuild their lives.
Reflection House Leadership Roles Evolve
Jaimie Bell has stepped back as President of the Board for Reflection House and has transitioned to an
employee, on a part-time basis, as the Program Coordinator. Suzette Merrick has been appointed Interim President of Reflection House.
